Application for selection of beneficiaries for financial year 2023-2024 under Mother and Child Assistance Program is open to apply between 1st-20th of every month with all requirements and conditions.


#Conditions- 01. Age: 20-35 years


02. Order of pregnancy: Must be first and second


03. National Identity Card: National Identity Card is mandatory


04. Antenatal Care Card: Must have Antenatal Care Card Antenatal Care Card


05. Account number: Beneficiary should have a bank or mobile banking account in his own name.


#Whatever is required to apply


1. Applicant's National Identity Card


2. Given from the Department of Health and Family Planning. NC Card (Pregnancy Services Card)


03. Bank or mobile banking account in the name of the beneficiary.


If you are eligible for the above conditions then come to Jamalpur Union Digital Center with required documents.
